Angel Service Automotive Repair Center is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Mike Harroun, the former owner of Angel Service Auto. While we knew him as the cornerstone of our business, his true legacy extends far beyond the garage and the repair of automobiles.
Mike was a man of quiet, profound generosity. Much of the good he did was never meant to be seen or recognized. Guided by a compassionate heart, he tirelessly supported the most vulnerable in our community. He was a steadfast benefactor to organizations like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Summer in the Park, and the Roy Rogers Festival, along with many other local causes. His philanthropy wasn’t for applause; it was a silent promise kept, driven by a fundamental belief in lifting others up. Countless children and families were helped through his kindness, often without ever knowing his name.
As a community rooted in faith, we at Angel Service hold to the hope of our Catholic tradition. We believe that death is not an end, but a passage into eternal life with Christ. We entrust Mike to our merciful Lord, praying he is welcomed into the heavenly kingdom, where every tear is wiped away and peace has no end. While we feel the weight of his absence, we also celebrate a life lived with purpose and genuine charity.
